By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on Tradable Bits (FanXP) you are bound by and agree to the relevant Terms and Conditions of The BCEdAccess Society’s online events.
The following Terms and Conditions shall constitute a Contract of Agreement between you as a participant in an event and The BCEdAccess Society.
As a potential visitor to a BCEdAccess Society event, please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By entering your username and password, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, we will be unable to allow entry to the event.
The personal information which you provide to The BCEdAccess Society. will be held on Eventbrite and may be used to contact you about this or other events by The BCEdAccess Society.
We will not share or sell your data to anyone else.
By logging in, you agree that your name will be listed as a participant in the event chat and may be featured in prize announcements if you win at the trivia event. Contact details will not be shared with other participants.
The BCEdAccess Society reserves the right to eject any participants who use racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic or ableist slurs, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the producers.
By attending, participants agree not to take part in any canvassing, leafleting, unauthorized demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or any activity which may disrupt the Event. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the Event.
The BCEdAccess Society shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations, including cancelling or rescheduling an event, if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; strikes or labour disputes; terrorist attack, civil unrest or riots, war, threat of war or other armed conflict, the imposition of sanctions or embargo; infectious diseases, epidemic or pandemic, biological, nuclear or chemical contamination; any law, action or directive given or taken by a government or public authority; collapse of building, accidents, or fire; breakdown of plant or machinery; or the interruption or failure of a utility service (“Force Majeure”).
The BCEdAccess Society will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if an event for which you have registered is affected by a Force Majeure. Such notice may be given by email (even if you have not signed up for marketing emails) or by a statement published on this website.
If The BCEdAccess Society is forced to delay, relocate or cancel an event due to any Force Majeure, no refunds will be given, however, The BCEdAccess Society may, at its sole discretion, exchange event tickets for entry to any future BCEdAccess Society event.
During the course of the one evening event certain parts of The BCEdAccess Society events may be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. When registering for the show you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. By attending the Event, visitors consent to such filming and photography and The BCEdAccess Society is entitled to use all videos and photographs of visitors, for marketing and promotional purposes in all or any media, without compensation or liability.

The BCEdAccess Society will at all times comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will hold Your information and use the same solely for the purposes of this agreement or informing you about future events or services that may be of interest to You. The BCEdAccess Society will not pass your information onto any third party (other than as necessary for it to carry out its obligations under this agreement) without your express permission.
The BCEdAccess Society reserves the right to postpone, relocate the venue or alter the times and/or date of the Conference. Such changes shall not affect the validity of this agreement, however The BCEdAccess Society. shall, as far as is reasonably, ensure that any such changes do not substantially affect your rights.
Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the preceding paragraph, the liability of The BCEdAccess Society to you (or the organisation that employs or engages you) under this agreement in respect of any single The BCEdAccess Society event is limited to the total ticket cost paid by you for that event.
You should ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover to meet any liabilities which are excluded by us under this agreement, including (but not limited to) any costs of travelling to and staying at or near the event.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, oral or written. Unless expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement may be varied only by a document signed by both parties.
